WealthWise is a subscription software service operated by CertiHomes LLC, Piscataway, New Jersey. This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for WealthWise subscriptions.
WealthWise offers a free plan plus the following paid subscriptions:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, we will issue a full refund of your first subscription charge if you request it within 14 days of that first charge. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, and to the first charge after a free trial converts to a paid subscription.
To request a refund, email krishna@certihomes.com from the email address associated with your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewal charges (the second and subsequent charges on your subscription) are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, you were billed after cancelling — contact us at krishna@certihomes.com and we will review and correct any billing mistakes.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings — no phone call or email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep full access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan and your data remains available.
